1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the product is defective.

- Carefully package the item to prevent damage during shipping.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the item you would like to receive. This will ensure that you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@amber-leaf.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging to help us process your claim.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened or used tobacco products (unless defective).
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
7. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
